Cant install applications on new Precision 7760
I have a new Precision 7760 laptop.
It has 2 Gen 4 SSD drives 4 TB each.
One is in the optional drive slot by the memory modules and the other is in the first slot on the left as I was told this is where the primary or boot drive should be located.
The problem is after installing Windows 10 21h2 I am not able to install any applications as the error message states that I have no available space and I need additional space to install the application.
Windows shows I have 3.8 TB available so I know there should be plenty of space to do the install.
I am trying to determine what is causing this issue and if it could be caused by the fact that the SSD Drives are Gen4 and only the optional SDD Slot shows as Gen 4 compatible.
According to the specs the primary SSD is gen 3 and not Gen 4.
I have reset the bios settings removed the optional drive used diskpart before installing windows 10 but the results are always the same and I am not sure where to go from here.
Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is my first time using only SSD drives.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Zimmboy,
Are you trying to install an OEM version, custom Image, or company image?
We would like to know if you have checked the below settings in BIOS.
We see that the system is shipped with M.2 2280 4 TB, Gen 4 PCIe x4 NVMe, Solid State Drive, and M.2 2280 4 TB, Gen 4 PCIe x4 NVMe, Solid State Drive.
Could you tell us what the SATA operations and Boot mode?.
Is the secure boot enabled?. If yes please disable it.
Are you trying to install Windows 10 pro 21H2 or Windows enterprise?
