I acces BIOS by press F12 when start my laptop, and i see the ownership tag display that none.
How to i change the ownership tag on my laptop?

Besides the service tag and express service code would be needed by Dell, other fields are for individual customers and business owners for inventory and tracking purposes. Some fields will allow to be edited while certain fields can only be entered one time only on new motherboard at first boot.
You may need to edit your screenshot and redact your personal private information.
