Dell Precision 7540 and WD19DC Network issues

We have purchased 6 7540's and 6 WD19DC docking stations and everyone of them has issues where the network will intermittently stop working. A restart will get it working again but that is not always easy to do when the users are in the middle of working on something. Has anyone else ran into this issue and if you have what did you do to resolve it?
