Dell Precision 7560 w/ Nvidia RTX A3000 Throttling?

Hello.

I am running my laptop on Ubuntu 20.04. Using NVIDIA drivers (v. 470), and also installed a Dell BIOS FW update just recently.

I tried to find out how to make sure there is no throttling taking place. But I failed. I tried to run Black Mesa, which should definitely give me more than 5-10 FPS with the hardware at hand. And also if I should believe the GPU benchmark scores that I have seen for the Nvidia RTX A3000 (mobile).

So in the BIOS:
- I switched off hybrid graphics card use
- Turbo is enabled

Am I missing something? I am using the internal screen.

not even utilizing the GPU?Here is an example of what the NVIDIA Settings UI shows while running the aforementioned game.

Dear sir ,

did you find any solution to this , iam also having same problem , I found that sometimes reinstalling already installed drivers makes it work okay for few hours after restart machines shows same problem.
