solution to this problem been replacement to 7750.

in 2 years i receive 3 different laptops, and probably 5 or more motherboards and all other hw. like ram ...

on the end all accessories external monitors left same. just replaced laptop to new generation winch does have this problem. 7730 platform its build like this and gonna do this always.

now all running without problems for couple months. even tryed with old windows install from old laptop and all good so this is definitely platform design issue.

Stay away from this platform.

I have the same issue.  Did you figure out what was wrong?

I fight this every day. It is so frustrating, and I can't seem to figure out what set of circumstances causes it to happen. So maddening.

So I take it from this thread that the only solution is to scrap the 7730? No patches or fixes have ever been devised to allow the AMD driver to stay resident without memory collisions and endless loops?

Is this a engineering mistake that Dell is unable to resolve? Makes you wonder how this very expensive system ever was released for sale and to this day, Dell offers no remediation for this blunder? I have to admit that I really expected more from Dell and their support a top of the line performance workstation. Seriously I would have expected this attitude from some other manufacturers but I am surprised that Dell doesn't address this obvious flaw and it appears universal across this platform, but rather ignore it.

Duly noted Dell

Here's the fix for AMD graphics equipped Precession 7730 and it's not that pretty.
The problem is the resident driver and it's a two fold process to make sure it's fixed.
1. Uninstall ALL AMD/ATI drivers and software. I used Revo because I prefer it and the freeware version works well for our purposes.
2. Search Windows folders (esp. system32 and SysWOW64) for anything with AMD and ATI in the name. Either delete or rename (add .BAK to the file extension) those files. Next onto the registry to do the same thing.
NOW for those of you who are faint of heart I can offer two things. First I deleted all those values and did not effect Windows O/S one iota. This step may be unnecessary so read on before you roll up your sleeves.
3. Go to AMD drivers and support page. The correct driver requires the following selection:
Professional Graphics -> Mobile Platforms -> Radeon Pro WX x100 series -> Radeon Pro WX7100 the click "Submit"
MAKE SURE you choose Windows 10 64bit Edition Revision Number 22.Q2 ! This driver has been vetted by yours truly to work just as well with Windows 11 on this platform.
Now Very Important choose "AMD Software: PRO Edition on Dell Mobile" only.
===>>> Please note: you are given the option of a "Factory Reset" during install. This may eliminate the second step. I am not going back to try it. If you care to please post your experience.
OK folks, there you have it. The problem with this whole mess is both the AMD graphics driver loaded by default during Windows install as well to the best of my knowledge Dell's OEM driver from their site both cause the blue screens and all traces of them must be removed or they will keep loading.
IMO Intel and AMD products never play well together. Perhaps that's why Dell quietly switched to Nvidia during production of this system.
Happy Computing!
