Dell Precision M6600 BIOS setup for Windows 10 1903
I have a Dell Precision M6600 and cannot work with the Intel Integraga video card and the NVIDIA Quadro 4000M video card. Looks like I must reconfigure the BIOS. Can someone point me to this configuration?

I'm running an M6600 with Windows 10 Pro 1809 and all hardware works well. My video card is an AMD FirePro M8900 (FireGL) Mobility Pro. I'm not sure about your card. My old computer was an M6400 and I was able to change video cards in that machine. It's not a bad job if you are organized and patient. I assume you could do the same with an M6600. I'll reboot and look in the BIOS to see if there is additional information on my card.
Windows 10 worked great at first but has really slowed down. If anyone has some tips for my combination (Precision M6600 with Windows 10 Pro 1809) like OS or BIOS tweaks, please share. I like this computer but have become dissatisfied with the performance.
