Dell Precision M6800 Motherboard

Hello,

< Private Express service code removed.TOS73>

My Laptop Dell Precision is not turning on. When I press the Power button the laptop powers up and I can hear the fan noise, then suddenly it turns off and battery indicator starts blinking, where as WIFI and HDD led stays on. I checked the in google for the possible problem and found in Dell website that  "the error was memory modules detected but encountered an error"

So I did things like
  • cleaning the RAM modules
  • Re-seating the RAM modules, changing the location (tried all combination)
  • Tried with new working RAM
  • Resetting the BIOS
  • disassemble all the parts, cleaned it and reassembled
But none of the above worked, but one thing I noticed is if I remove all RAM and powered on then the error changed to "no memory modules detected"

I gave the laptop to one of the local service centers here. They tried to reflow the motherboard and Graphics card but that also did not work. Now they are saying to change the motherboard.

I have also looked at the compatible motherboards available,  I found two compatible motherboard lists, one is in stock and other is out of stock.

1.  Dell OEM Precision M6800 Laptop Motherboard (System Mainboard) for EDP LCD Screens - EDP Only -  98VVR
2.  Dell OEM Precision M6800 Laptop Motherboard (System Mainboard) for EDP LCD Screens - EDP Only -  GDMGC

But I am not sure of difference between the two. I have a concern that both are compatible for processor, Graphics Card and RAM I have or any one of it is compatible.

I have a configuration of   Intel i7 4810m, Nvidia Quadro K4100M, 8X2 GB Samsung 1600Mhz SODIMM RAM and   256 GB Hynix HDD

Your expertise is needed for me to proceed.  Please advise what to do
