Disable TrackStick buttons on Precision 7720
Is there a way to disable the TrackStick and its buttons? A Microsoft Windows-specific answer will not be helpful, I use Ubuntu.

Does disabling the trackpad when the mouse is plugged in work?

I said TrackStick, not touchpad. The TrackStick is the joystick between the G-H-B keys, and the TrackStick buttons are the ones between the keyboard and the touchpad.

Yes, I read your post. Did you try the suggestion provided though? I think there's a good chance that the Touchpad Control also lumps in the Trackstick.

Tried it, doesn't affect the Trackstick or the associated buttons. Thanks for the effort, tho.
