Display exchange between 7510 and 7530

Hello all,

So I have bought a secondhand Precision 7530 and I already own a Precision 7510.

I would like to know if I can exchange the displays between both. The 7510 has a 4K/UHD display and the 7530 has a FHD. I like the 7530 a lot, but it seems like I like the display of the 7510 more.
