Do it yourself P3200 GPU upgrade for 7035

Hi,

Does anyone have successful first hand experience upgrading to a Quadro P3200 GPU from a UHD 630? I would like to know what other 'minor' parts are required and most important weather the UHD 630 shipped heatsink (pictured in copper)  is sufficient or interferes with the Quadro.

If noone has direct experience doing the upgrade at home, does anyone have a picture of the Quadro P3200 installed in a 7035?

How do I order any 'minor' parts required

My system came with Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630. I ordered a P3200 and 'set' it in the workstation, pictured. How do I get the 'bridge'
UHD 630 Set in the 7035 workstation. Factory Shipped. I've removed the connecter (circled)This connector (circled) will not connect to mother board JDGFF4 anymore. Is it suitable for JDGFF1,2, or 3?  I have no authoritative documentation on what to connect. No offense to Dell Tech support

Dell Sent a P3200 and I've set it in place. But what connecters are required? JDGFF1 through JDGFF4 ? Something else?

Even if I had connectors for JDGFF anything how do I know what is expected? Nvidia or Dell? Is there a requirement to replace the heatsink? Seems crowding the new GPU.

I'm  sure someone has done this. Someone far more experienced and with more courage!
