Error Code 2000-01 42 on M4800 - both HardDisks reporting this
Hi,
I have a M4800 from about 2015 - top specs and runs s*** hot still! I notice last week that every time I boot my machine up, within 10 minutes I'm getting BSOD - any who after going through the dell diagnostic tool I'm getting the above error which is being reported for BOTH HDD's - I thought maybe the SSD was the issue (as it was a spare one I found at my old work place years ago).
I am reluctant to go through the hassle of buying and installing a new SSD with OS and restoring it all back up if this isn't the issue.
So my question is - as it is reporting both hard disks with this issue could this be a problem at the motherboard / component?
Error: 2000-01 42
Validation: 155642
Thanks,
Sam

The -0142 error refers to the drive(s), and if they're original to the system, it's not inconceivable they could both be failing.
The design life of a hard drive is five years -- and these have exceeded that at this point.
