How to disable Touchpad Zoom

All forum posts related to this topic are from 2010, 2012.  I would like to disable the zoom on the touchpad but there are not settings in Touchpad to do that.. I changed the sensitivity but that did nothing. When you are trying to use this machine as a laptop, using the touchpad as a mouse, you are often zooming into infinity or so large you can't get out of it. Really annoying. When I search for this it often sends me to Windows controls. Are they connected?  Any advice to turn off the zoom would be appreciated! Dell - Precision Mobile Workstation 15.6" Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Black
