Internal QWERTY vs Single Pointing keyboards

Hello, I am considering a Precision 7560. I am in Germany but would like an English keyboard. Most of the keyboard options are "single pointing" keyboards, but there is an option for an "internal QWERTY" US (international) keyboard. I am unclear what the difference between "single pointing" and "internal QWERTY" keyboards is. Both are optionally backlit. I checked the US Dell site, but the only keyboard option there is listed as "internal single pointing", further adding to the confusion. Any clarification would be most welcome. Thanks.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. However, this is a question about configuration options on the Dell website. I do not yet have a product for which I can provide a service tag number.
