IR Camera not working on Precision 5540
IR Camera not working on Precision 5540, even windows hello does not detect the camera. I searched for the drivers but I could not find anything.
No Events found!

My camera is not working as well. It flashed with thin colorful bars when I tried to take a picture.
How can we fix it?

My camera is finally working after doing a Firmware update. However Hello for Business that uses the IR camera for facial recognition is NOT working. THis works with a different PC on the same monitor that is running WIndows 10. Not sure if it is windows 11 issue or something else. It took a bit for Teams to recognize the monitor camera, but Hello continues NOT to recognize it.
