Need Bios filmware, precision M3800
Hello, I recently installed a BIOS update for a Precision M3800. The installation was not successful, I had to turn off the laptop. Now when you turn on the laptop just a black display and the buttons do not work. I need BIOS recovery firmware, please give it to me.

Unplug the system, disconnect the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and replace the memory module(s) and storage drive. That may get the system to POST. If it does not:
This system is too old to support Dell BIOS recovery -- the earliest models that support it date from 2015. This model was released in 2014.
The less expensive option is to replace the system board (boards for this model start well below $100).
Alternatively, you can have a shop remove the BIOS chip, flash it externally and resolder it -- but expect that to be 2.5X or more the cost of a board replacement.
