Order Not Received after 1 week plus
My order for a Dell Precision 7780 was placed on Dec 1. Dell debited my credit card Dec 4. Fed Ex tracking states the package would arrive Dec 8. It did not show up. I have been unable to talk to anyone in customer support. The Dell Bot is useless. It can only state that after Dec 4 the computer will "arrive soon". The FedEx Bot states that the package was received Dec 4 and will arrive Dec 8. It did not arrive. Further discussions with the FedEx Bot indicates FedEx has not received the package from Dell (my interpretation). I have been unable to talk to a Dell Customer Support Agent or a FedEx agent. I will not do business this way. Dell will not let me cancel the order, I have to return it. I do not have the system. I cannot get anyone to tell me what the problem is, so my recourse is to dispute the charge on Dec 4 with my credit card company.. I know where that will go.....wait for XX days.
I have been a Dell business customer for nearly 30 years. This is no way to run a business....by BOT!

If Fedex hasn't received the package (and that's easy to tell, since the tracking link you should have received when the system left Dell's contract manufacturer in China would be active), the system is likely in transit from China to the US (or wherever you reside).
