Information from the Level 2 engineer.

  • this system also has an intel card and im pretty sure the system will not use the nvidia card for apps like chrome

  • so it would make sense that it shows at 0% 
     
    Can you verify that the Nvidia card is showing in Device Manager?
  • If you want to run a benchmark to make sure the nvidia card is responding, you can do so with support assist choosing

    GPU stress test

I answered you several times in messages, wrote service tag in this thread, but you still cannot find my service tag.

I thought that this laptop has 2 cooling fans (1 for CPU, 1 for GPU), that's why I wrote under image that I know the problem. But in service, they told me that this laptop has only one cooling fan.

Small review: do not recommend buying this laptop. In spite of using a cooling pad and vacuum cooler together, the panel above the keyboard is always hot. 
Playing games is not possible because of the high temperature.

P.S. Dell blocked their resource for Russian IP addresses, thanks also.
