Welcome to the Dell Community @moshee
A good place to start for reference would be to look at what drivers are available on your Driver Support page.
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/precision-15-3551-laptop/drivers
In your case there is only one for you laptop.
Dell Wireless DW5820e:
Dell Wireless 5820e/Intel XMM 7360 Firmware and GNSS Driver:

The WWAN option means if the display has the antenna installed.
So the best thing would be to see if the WWAN antenna are located where you install the WWAN card.
Remove the Base Cover and see if the antenna are located near the slot for the WWAN card.

A quick look shows 10 display options, 6 of them do not have WWAN support. I suggest you verify your display has the WWAN option before you buy the card.
