Precision 3561, P2422HE, USB-C stopped working
Dell P2422HE
I am using Precision 3561 laptop and P2422HE monitor. Connection via USB-C cable worked fine - my laptop was being charged by monitor while outputting video signal to it. Right now Dell laptop is only being charged with no video output on monitor. There is this windows notification: "Display connection might be limited.".
My other laptop (HP) works fine with the Dell P2422HE and the same USB-C cable (charging with video output). Both USB-C ports on my laptop are working (checked with Dell dock station (WD19S), latest drivers installed for every device. Dell Display Manager 2.1 wont recognize the monitor. I am using USB-C cable provided by Dell compatible for charging and video output.

Since the HP laptop works with the P2422HE USB-C upstream port and the provided USB-C to USB-C cable, this means the P2422HE USB-C upstream port and the provided USB-C to USB-C cable are functional.
Your Precision 3561 shipped with a 130W power adapter. The P2422HE USB-C upstream port only delivers 65W power back to the laptop =
Plug the 130W power adapter into the Precision 3561 and retest.
