Yes, that is compatible with your system. However, DDR5 RAM seems more finnicky that earlier types. Sometimes a seemingly-compatible stick won't play nicely with other RAM.
Ideally, you would have a matched pair. In this case you will add a Crucial stick to work with an existing stick in the other slot. They should work together, but because they are not a matched pair it's possible that they may not work together. If they don't, Crucial allows you to return their RAM.
Follow the procedures in Dell's Service Manual.
Whenever handling RAM and touching internal components, wear a grounded wrist strap, also called anti-static wrist strap, ESD wrist strap, or ground bracelet. I know many people do such work without this, but it's a cheap and sensible precaution. Rest the laptop on an anti-static mat or at least a reasonable alternative such as corrugated cardboard.

Dell systems are especially picky about RAM. You may have seemingly matched the original RAM but the only way to be sure RAM is compatible is to purchase a matched RAM kit. And the most compatible RAM for Dell is at Crucial as shown on this page.
