Precision 3581 SSD Storage capacity

Question 1: If I run the system in RAID, will I be limited to two 256GB SSDs?

Question 2: Could be possible confirm whether there is any mistake in this information?

Question 3: Would it be possible to install one 2230 drive with 500GB or 1TB, and another 2280 drive with 1TB or 2TB?

1.  No, the capacity limit indicates which capacity size Dell had tested and drives availability to order with the system.  In practice, you can use higher capacity drives and the system will support it. 

2.  No need to confirm or verifying the information.  As stated on answer 1 above, those are the limit from Dell tested and validated for drives sold by Dell.
