Precision 5510, 32GB SODIMM module compatibility

I notice from this product: https://www.dell.com/en-uk/work/shop/accessories/apd/aa538491 that Dell is now selling its own 32GB sodimm modules. They are also available elsewhere: https://www.scan.co.uk/products/32gb-1x32gb-samsung-ddr4-so-dimm-laptop-sff-memory-pc4-21300-2666-non-ecc-unbuffered-cas-19-19-19-12 Does anybody know what Dell laptops these modules are compatible with? I have a Precision 5510, which is like an XPS 15 9550 - I already have Crucial 2x16GB 2400MHz sodimms and would like to swap them for 2x32GB. Thanks. Adam

@sherwoac the response provided by curto1965 is correct - the system will only support up to 32GB of RAM @2300Mhz.

You could install one of the linked 32GB modules and it will clock down from 2666Mhz to 2333Mhz or you could stick to the two memory modules you already have installed.

That new memory is ony compatible with the very latest systems, the compatibility list was at the bottom of the link

The third-party memory linked to, the Samsung M471A4G43MB1 32GB 2666 MHz SO-DIMM, has been shown to work at 2666 speed and in a 2x32GB configuration in Dell's corresponding XPS 15 9550 which has a i7-6700HQ processor and came out at the same time as the 5510.  See this post on Dell's forums for details.
