Is there any solution for this? It not only comes in sleep mode but also in hibernate mode. It is very annoying and frightening. It is so hot that i can hardly touch it.
They really didn't do anything except complain that it was running slower than it should be. We are currently in a transition between IT companies, so we are getting all new IT people. Will have to wait and see. As long as I have the fans running under it to keep it cool, I don't think they will do anything at all.

Listen to this guy, and read Markus Erikssens comment on the video.
He had dell both update the bios, the powermode & replaced both fans & added new fresh thermal paste. It solved the overheating issue.
