We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
My work around was to use a powered USB hub that plugged into the USB-C on the laptop and had both USB A and C ports for my devices. This device isn't in the compatibility list of docks for this laptop.

So it is not possible to use USB and LAN on the WB16 with a Precision 5570?
External Monitors are working though?
How about charging the laptop?
(I have a WB16 and thinking about buying a Prescicion 5570)
