Precision 7510 Second/Third Monitor Program Button Gray Out

We have an uncommon problem that I can't find any answers from the forums.

The end-user has a Precision 7510 docked to E-Port Plus with 2 additional monitors. (So it's actually a 3 monitor configuration including laptop monitor open).  When a user tries to use Autodesk Uninstall program, the "Uninstall" button is active on the main laptop display. But when the window is moved to the 2 additional monitor, the "Uninstall" button is grayed out.  Similar type of problem happens when the user tries to use Microstation Packager.  User can go all they way to adding a design drawing in packager, but right after that all the buttons become inactive and Microstation has to be forced closed from task manager.  When the packager is run from the laptop main display, it works fine.

Is there any registry value or settings in Windows 10 that make critical program functions only work on main display?
