Precision 7540 display pretty dim even at highest brightness level

Hi guys, 

I just got my brand new Precision 7540. The issue is my display is pretty dim even at highest brightness level. I ordered with this display: "15.6" UltraSharp FHD IPS, 1920x1080 AG, NT, w/Prem Panel Guar 100% sRGB". 

I was aware this display has 300 nits, but it should not be that dim. I called Dell and requested a replacement of display. Unfortunately, the problem remained after the replacement. The dim is particularly noticeable if you compare with a monitor with the same 300 nits. The white is not the white we expected. 

Does someone who owns a Precision 7540 have the same issue?
