Precision 7560, Bluetooth and PCIe Subsystem Bus issues

Good day,

I am new to the forum and I am creating a account to the forum because I cannot stand the way I was treated by the Dell Support Singapore for the unresolved issues stated in the title. I have no other ways to file a complaint and this is where I think may get a different ways of troubleshooting the unresolved issues instead of relying on the Dell Support Team in Singapore.

History: Since day 1 when laptop arrived, there is no power issue, then Bluetooth issue and PCIe Subsystem Bus error issues and till today, the Bluetooth issue and PCIe Subsystem Bus issue has not be resolved even Dell has arranged technician onsite to swap out WiFi card (TWICE) but for some reason they refuse to replace the motherboard (as stated by the technician it's a board issue).

Since day 1, the following parts are replaced by Dell;

- Motherboard (TWICE) for no power issue (RESOLVED)

- WiFi card (TWICE) for Bluetooth issue, Bluetooth cannot be ENABLED IN BIOS (UNRESOLVED)

- SD Card Reader, for locking card in place issue (RESOLVED)

So outstanding issue are Bluetooth and the PCIe Subsystem Bus error, the PCIe error detected by BIOS ePSA and Support Assistant in Windows and online. For Bluetooth since swap of two WiFi cards, the Bluetooth function still cannot be enabled in Bios and problem still persist with upgrade of latest drivers, latest windows updates and a BIOS update. The BIOS update also didn't resolve the PCIe Subsystem Bus error too.

Dell technician who comes onsite to service my laptop stated that it's a motherboard issue but Dell Support team Singapore disagree and refuse change of motherboard (maybe they thought I already have changed motherboard twice, but they never think that their "refurbished parts" used for repair has issue too) and have confident in their parts.

For these issues, if the issue cannot be fixed by software updates, drivers updates, BIOS updates, then it maybe a hardware issue, change the motherboard and see if it's work. Madness is repeating the same repair process and expecting a different result which already indicates before. I think we can agree the problem doesn't resolve by itself, only people with the skill sets can.

 I am prepared that my unresolved issues will continue be unresolved and the case will be opened till 2025 till my warranty expires. Either way, I am extremely disappointed with Dell Support in Singapore.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.

These are the worst computers we have ever ordered from Dell. We have 2 of these in the office and neither one can go a day without multiple bluescreen errors. There is just something flat-out wrong with these models. They are all terrible.
