Recently my Notebook Precision 7510 overheated
Hello everyone, recently my Precision 7510 has overheated. I have opened the bottom case, cleaned the dust, oiled the fan shaft, and also purchased a base radiator with a fan. As long as it can help the notebook to dissipate heat, I have tried it. There are few open programs, but it is still very hot. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Ask for advice.

I have seen it in the repair shop, and I need to change a graphics card fan module. I plan to buy it online and replace it myself. This is the product I found.

As long as it is purchased according to the part number of your graphics card fan module, it is generally not wrong.

The problem you are having may not be as complicated as you think.
Have you tried cleaning off all of the thermal paste from the heatsink, CPU, and GPU? Then apply a new thin coat of high quality thermal paste on both the GPU and CPU and reinstall the heatsink. Finally check temperatures and see if the problem is resolved.
If you end up purchasing a new heatsink, make sure that you verify compatibility before making the purchase. The AMD and Nvidia GPUs require different heatsinks.
