Upgrading Dell Precision m6800

Question

Hey Friends!

I have a Dell Precision M6800 With 16 gb of ram and intel core i7 4700MQ with AMD FirePro M6100 2 GB Graphics.

I want to upgrade My laptop.

I want to install Nvidia GTX 980m instead of my AMD FirePro M6100; is it possible ? Do I need to replace Heatsink? or any thing else like changing the power adapter???

also I want to install intel core i7 4940MX instead of my core i7 4700MQ . is it possible?????

in addition my screen resluotion is 1600*900 can I install 1920*1080 or even 4k display for my device??????
