USB port(Error 43) strange behaviour

For one of my USB 3.0 ports windows showing error code 43 in device manager when nothing is inserted in it and when I insert USB drive in it the USB error from device Manager goes away and USB port reads data from USB drive perfectly. When I again pull the drive out from USB port the error pops up again in device Manager.

1. I tried with a USB Mouse it didn't work and same USB error 43 displaying in device manager
2. I tried with WD Passport Drive, drive properly worked all read/write operations performed and USB error 43 vanished from device manager.
3. I tried Kingston USB flash drive it wasn't mounted on Windows but USB error 43 vanished from device manager.

Machine: Dell Precision M4800
