WD19S problem with AUDIENT audio interface

My docking station WD19S does not disconnect power to the USB-C port with AUDIENT interface connected after system sleep/shutdown. Audio interface is powered all the time. How to fix this problem. With an earlier Latitude series laptop on Windows 10, this problem did not exist.
