016-370 error on 5100cn printer

Question

I downloaded and run the firmware update from dell website and it failed, I rebooted the printer and got error 016-370 on the printer's display panel. I rebooted again and got the same message back. Does anybody know how to get rid of this error? I ran out of warranty support on this printer.

reseat the controller card, just in case.  otherwise, the specific error code points directly to replacing same card.
