1320C doesn't recognize new black toner

The LED next to the black toner indicator is blinking. The status monitor shows a red X and says "no toner". I replaced all cartridges with brand new Dell branded cartridges and still get the error and cannot print. I cleaned the CTD sensor with a dry Q-tip and tried the reset button on the back of the unit. I was told to reset with the side door open and while holding the cancel and continue buttons. Nothing seems to help. This Printer has very little use, I can't believe it has to be added to the landfill so soon. Please help!

Well, I guess this goes into the landfill and I start looking at a HP or Brother. I cannot believe this printer died so young.
