1355 007-351 Code 1000000

I think I already know the answer and that the printer is unrecoverable, but I thought I'd ask here if there is anything I can try to fix it before binning the printer its out of warranty so no chance of a replacement). My Dell 1355cm recently stated displaying the an error message - 007-351 Code 1000000. From researching the error number, when this error appears on other Dell laser printers (can't find any posts specific to the 1355cn) it appears its either the Yellow toner chute that is stuffed or related to the PHD. I've checked that the yellow cartridge is properly seated and used the cleaning rod located on the side of the printer.
