1700n - Printer Status not displaying in Web Interface

I know this has been posted previously, however rebooting the printer and cpu has not resolved this issue for me.  I have updated to the latest firmware on the printer already.  Unfortunately, I am still unable to view several of the pages listed on the EWS interface, including the Printer Status.  Is there some "trick" to getting this and the other pages to display?  Configuration pages display without a problem, and I am able to input IP settings, etc..  If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

I have the very same issue with two 1700n's in my office. I have not been able to resolve it yet :(

Success - Called Dell tech support and after trying many different things (cross over cable connection to PC, Flush NVRAM etc) they sent out an engineer to replace the controller cards on both my affected printers.

Set them up again using bonjour (highly recommended) and viola the status and statistics screens are available again.

Do not take no for an answer - the engineer reported that this is quite a common issue.

Hopes this helps.

We are having the same missing information on the web admin page issue with about 15 of our 25 1700 and 1710 printers, at locations across the country.  Most of them are under warranty.  I'll wait to see if I get a response from a Dell rep to this posting, otherwise I'll start calling them into Dell, which could prove expensive for them.  I would hope there was something easier we could do on our own, but haven't been able to  come up with anything on my own.
