I had the same problem, and I found the following thread: http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=S2500&message.id=10693 Check out cscjmg's post at the end. This process worked on my 1710n. Warning that it wipes out all of the device's settings. To make life a bit easier, first print a status page (press continue) and that will give you the restore details before you start. Also note that you will want to get a status page after the reset so that youy have the new IP address. Anne
