1720dn printer manual feed not working
We just bought a new 1720dn laser printer that is networked in our office. Everyone uses it and we frequently have to print labels and letterhead. We used to have a 1710 and manual feed was no problem, but with this new printer, when you select manual feed, it prints a blank page before you have time to load the manual feed paper. We are following all the instructions in the manual exactly, but for some reason it is not working properly. It is VERY frustrating and if there is a setting that needs to be changed on our server or on our workstations, I need to know what it is.

Can you insert the label or letterhead sheet into the printer before you submit your print job?
Have the print job setup and ready to print, insert the sheet into the printer until the printer grabs the paper and pulls it in about an inch...... then submit the print job.
