Power off.

Remove the add-on memory then power the unit on.

If that worked, reseat the add-on memory back into the machine and try again.

Yes, there is on-board memory. Removing it does not resolve the error.

OK.... I didn't say "on-board", I said ADD-on. (i.e., optional additional RAM)
