1815DN - Problem Setting up Fax to Email

Hi

I bought the 1815DN last year and found out about the fax to email function.  I followed the instruction on the manual but something is missing and have not got it to work.   have got the right IP addresses , SMTP address, DNS, Gateway and Subnet Mask from my company's tech support.  I get the erro DNS error now.  Does anyone know what the problem might be.?   Can anyone give me a brief outline of what I should do to set it up?
