You could check the webembedded server, if I'm not mistaken you can change this. Or through the driver on the server, that you can grant access to the color printing for specific users.

Read the manual, I think it's mentioned there.

During install (and only during install), enable/install ColorTrak. A password will then be required to print in colour.
