3000cn last page spot when printing

Question

Hi,   Sometime when I print, I can see part of the page I printed before on the current printing page.   I don't know if it's related, but I set the driver to Black only and I start to experience that since.   Am I the only one with that problem.   Thanks   patrick

HI again, Just found out that it's not the last page that leaver spot on the sheet, but it's the top part of the sheet that print somewhere lower on the same page   Thanks   Patrick

Do you have the weight in gsm because when you put the paper in the paper you have to specify the kind of paper you'll use. And after in windows you have to specified it again ...

if you don't do that the fuser won't have the good heat and you'll have this kind of symptom ... use the 3000cn User's Guide (Print Media Guidelines).
