Hi,   How do I deal with error 016-310 restart printer?  I tried restarting the printer numerous times but it definitely doesn't work.   ForeverBlue

I am having the same issue ( 016-310 Restart Printer).  I am stuck on hold with dell (over 30 mins now), did you get an answer to this problem?  It has had this message since I plugged it in.

None that works, have tried removing and putting back fuser and drum but to no avail.  Hope I can get some help sometime soon though.

I finally got through to Dell last night and they are sending a new 'internal controller board' and a technician to install next Tuesday.  Did you get this too? I will let you know if it works.

Take out any extra memory you have. I bet you dont have the problem anymore. I am dealing with the same problem. I added a 512M memory module and am having these errors and more.
