3100CN Insert Tonercart 093-972

Question

I've been all over the net trying to figure this out and no one has a real answer.   I changed all my toner cartridges a week ago and have printed over 100 full color pagers then I got this error 'Insert Tonercart 093-972' and 'Check Toner 193-700' and 'Insert Cyan Toner'   I removed the cyan toner and put it back in several times but still doesn't work. \   Why does the printer think the cyan cartridge isn't installed?   How do I fix it?

I guess this question is to complicated for anyone from dell to figure out. Guess I'll go buy an HP!

Hey, wait a minute! Or eleven years.

That just means the chip inside says its time for a new cartridge. You can try this....
