3100cn printing lean on paper

Hiya,

 

This is a fairly new printer, no older 3 months.

It has started printing the pages lean. The lines arent lean. when I put a ruler against the words the words start going up above the ruler. Hope you can understand what I mean.

It has also started printing a line on the left hand side of the paper from top to bottom.

 

How do I fix this???
