3130cn corner crease when duplex printing

My 3130cn works beautifully in every respect except that when duplex printing it folds over one corner of the paper about 5 mm.

The location of the fold is top left as I look at the output paper tray from the front of the printer after both pages have been printed.

I've had a good look for something blocking the paper path but can't see anything.
