I cannot help you with the missing 3300 setup disk but I am not sure why one would bother. I bought the 944 AIO and 3300 print adapter with my Inspiron E1505. I have printed so many test sheets and accumulated unmeasureable frustration from finding out that there is a firmware patch supposed to correct a fault it has with remembering it's configuration overnight. I received a zip firmware patch from Dell but it made no dfference. After setup after setup the printer still "forgets" that it is wirelessly connected and fails to print the next day or if one interuppts the power. It is all junk. It is a waste of time and money to try to make this system work. My solution is I am replacing everything I own that carries a Dell logo with non-Dell equipment except the upgraded Inspiriron E1505 Notebook and only keeping that because I cannot afford a new computer after only owning the Dell for one year. If I could afford to I would not think twice about junking the notebook as well.
I found it after MUCH searching here.

Dell must really want to hide it they did a great job at it.
good luck!

I just wanted to say that in some ways it is nice to see that other people are having difficulties with their Dell products. I purchased a Dell notebook, printer and wireless adapter and from the beginning it was nothing but head aches. I had to learn the hard way what "un installing the operating system meant". That is because most of the dell technicians don't know how to tell you to do anything but this. I actually even wondered if it was some sort of sabotage against the United States to have these "technicians" messing with our computers.
I had only owned two computers in the past. One, Gateway. I had no idea that a computer could actually be made that would have sooooo many problems. :smileymad:
I finally last year was able to retire my dell inspirion for a new Gateway Notebook. I have not had one problem with it. Of course I am trying to install the wireless printer adapter that goes with my AIO, once again. This is because I keep hoping that these new drivers will finally work.
I guess the only real solutions is the junk it and buy a Lexemes.
I don't know why or how Dell gets away with selling products that don't work!!!!!
I have been using the 3300 adapter with a Dell 964 AIO with no problem for about a year. I went out of town for a week, and took my laptop along. When I returned home, my laptop would not work with the wireless adapter at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times to no avail. I did not change anything while I was gone. Anyone have any idea what's going on. I sure miss my wireless printing.
I would first try turning everything off. Wait 30 seconds and then turn everything back on. I found that during electrical storms and power flickers and outages, sometimes I just have to restart everything.
It could be possible that your power supply has gone bad, if no lights appear. If some light and not all three, then maybe you need the 3300 Firmware Update.

Turn back on in what particuliar order?
wireless router (working fine), printer (also working fine), 3300 (not perfroming), laptop (working fine).
The little green wireless light on the 3300 does not light up at all.

I have everything on a power strip. It's recommended to turn everything off.
Turn on Modem and wait 15 seconds
Turn on wireless router and wait 15 seconds
Turn on printer
turn on wireless print adapter.
I would also at the printer settings and make sure, since you used it on another network, that it;s set to use the printer online.
I know when I changed the security on my wireless router, I also had to redo everything in the wireless print adapter.
