800A0046 MS VBScript runtime erroe HELP!!!!!!!!!

To make a long story short, my HD crashed Dell came and replaced I reinstalled the OS and now when i download the driver from DELLS website I get the following Windows Script Host Error:

Error: Permisison denied

Code:  800A0046

Source:  Microsoft VBScript runtime error

 

OMG THIS IS KILLING ME I can't install the printer from the ORIGIONAL Drivers and Utilities disc supplied it give me the following error too:

 

Not enough disk space on target drive while attempting to copy files.

To continue, first free disk space on the targe drive and then click Ok.

 

I have 504 MB Ram 216 gb of free space on my hard drive!!

I am running WIndows XP Home 2002 Service Pack 2
