No...I did not. I had my Dell Cartridges re-filled. Could this be the problem? I can still print.....it's just annoying, not being able to tell how much ink I have.
On Dell printers with model nunber ending in 2, the ink level indicator cannot be reset with used ink carts even if they are full. They will only set automatically with new ink carts from Dell.
