Have you recently changed brands of paper? My 922 works fine with average quality paper but when I tried $1.00 per ream paper it jammed every time.

Also, make sure the adjustable paper guide on the left side of the paper loading tray is snug up against the left side of the paper. If it won't stay tight against the paper you can put a small piece of foam rubber or something similar to hold a little tension against the adjustable paper guide.

Also you can make a paper guide on the right side of the paper loading tray. A ruler, potato chip bag clip or somthing similar can be used.

And look into the printer with a light and make sure there is not anything like a small piece of paper or something else caught in the paper path. Or no loose springs hanging.

I figured out my problem. I turned the printer upsidedown and shook it vigorously and found a piece of rubber from a balloon had got lodged inside. The kids are allowed to play with balloons near the printer any more.

It wasn't the kids.  I've had the same problems with my 922.  They've replaced it once already and the 2nd had the exact same issues.  Now they want to send me a 3rd.  I'm still trying to work something better out but I've been waiting for over 3 days for a "senior" manager to call me back.
