922AIO every third line doesn't print

Is this a clogged print head or an alignment problem or ...?  Are there ways to fix this myself or do I need to send it into Dell?  I have tried the alignment fix feature and the clean print head feature and it has not gone away.  Brand new ink cartridges.  Color printing works fine, just black.
